I need a field for Gearfest Festival. We’ve held the festival on a private farm in Lechlade, Gloucestershire the past 3 years and now need to move as we have outgrown the site and we had some problems with noise complaints this year as the farm is only 300 meters away from the nearest residential area. For Gearfest 2015, we hope to raise capacity again to around 500. Gearfest has always been a private event, originally put on purely for a group of 100 close friends with all the music provided by friends. We’ve managed to say almost completely private each year with friends inviting their friends, mainly through word of mouth, and have built up an incredible little festival where there’s only ever one degree of separation between every person, creating a very accommodating, friendly, family feel environment, making Gearfest a truly unique and amazing event.
