There is no water supply in the field but when we have rented it previously our tenant has brought their own water supply and put a water trough in the field.
We have recently fitted a new metal padlock gate so the field along with walls, fences is secure.
It is located in Heanton Punchardon, as you enter the village from the Braunton side. A short drive from the main road, the field can then be accessed via an unmade road leading from Wrafton into Heanton Punchardon.
Beautiful views (for you to enjoy when you are there and for your animals to enjoy when you are not!) of the Taw estuary and looking out to Saunton and Lundy.
Rental can be short or long term. The field is not used for any other purpose.
