Located at the fringe of The South Downs National Park, Metlands Farm enjoys a secluded yet accessible location with some outstanding views of rolling fields, crops, mature trees, paddocks and period farm buildings in a valley setting. Ideal for private events, weddings and filming with good level access for larger vehicles.

The Stable House
Restored in 2015/2016 the single storey Stable House is perfect for a luxurious family break, or as a base for a riding holiday with adjoining paddocks and stables. The Stable House is a luxurious oak framed five star private house, with three double bedrooms, ensuite, family bathroom and one of Hampshires most beautiful open living, dining and culinary spaces.

Menage
The beautifully landscaped 60 x 30m menage is set amongst views of rolling fields and easy access to the Stable Barn and courtyard. The highly technical laser-levelled sand/fibre surface is suitable for professional dressage or jumping training, with full all-weather drainage with direct access for horse boxes of up to 16 tonnes. The Menege is set within beautifully landscaped edges for security & enjoyment.

Weddings
Metlands Farm provides one of Hampshire’s most beautiful settings for your special day, as private venue to create your tailored wedding to remember for the rest of your life. Metland's owners held their own wedding with 260 guests, a private Spitfire display, the set up of 30 Tipi's for the guests to sleep in and one of the UK’s largest private firework displays.
