Set in a secluded location just outside the historic village of Bletchingley, the 5 acre parcel of land offers uninterrupted panoramic southerly views of the Surrey rolling Hills, as if in the depths of the countryside, located just a short drive from the M25 and M23. We have created a flat grassed plateau area perfect for a wedding marquee with an elevated aspect giving you the best vantage point for the stunning views. The rest of the field is well irrigated and suitable for camping, activities and parking with wide access for any deliveries you may have.

We have a quiet corner of the field which lends itself to a camping area if required and any amenities you may need to bring, with an undisturbed natural area for water run-off.

Use of the mature gardens is also available upon request, making the perfect backdrop for any photos you may wish to take.

The jewel in the crown is the natural wildlife lake, that has been lovingly installed to compliment the surrounding landscape. The lake has a large shallow end and a pontoon extending into the deeper end. The water is naturally filtered and circulated so is crystal clear. There is plenty of power around the lake and there's a perimeter fence with lockable gates in order that the lake can be safely secured when unattended.

The space lends itself perfectly to celebrations of all types, weddings, significant birthdays, or mini-festivals.
