Description
We are looking for a venue or land within North Wales, or the North West of England for our festival Audio Farm (www.audiofarmfestival.com). Our event is for 2000 people, and looking for 2017. The Audio Farm Festival is a unique and forward thinking event that fuses art, culture and awareness into a communal gathering where positive change can happen. The festival will be entering it’s 4th year in 2016, and after two incredible years at The Workhouse, Llanfyllin, one year at Hendre Hall, Bangor and another event at Hendre hall in July 2016, we are ready to take Audio Farm Festival to the next stage in it’s journey and expand our ever growing collective / family of highly talented contributors and participants.
As Audio Farm promoters, we have over 10 years experience hosting unique club events around Manchester and Wales. We also have extensive experience in hosting and building stages, and running bars at various festivals such as Festival Number 6 (The Dugout Area) and Parklife.
The Audio Farm ethos is built around creating an open minded and accepting environment, and a platform where artists, musicians and activists can thrive. Our aim is to create a place where people can look to improve upon themselves, their minds, and the world around them. Topics such as recycling, sustainability and environmental activism are issues we look to actively promote and spread awareness through workshops, talks and tuition. We have a presence of important organisations on site such as Envirolution, Green Paw Project and Greenpeace, who can help create awareness on such important matters.
The Audio Farm Festival takes pride in the art of production and decor to make the site both beautiful in the day and the night. We have an experienced build crew who are also an integral part of the Greenpeace build crew at Glastonbury Festival, Shambala Festival and Boomtown Festival, to name a few.
Our typical attendees are a healthy balance of families, young (typically 25+) and older people (anything up to 60+), with an average age of around 30.
