Hello, I am Looking for Several large and small fields all next to each other for a festival next summer. The festival will be organised based around the venue i.e. What we can/ can't do and more importantly how large it can be, therefore, venue is the first item on the agenda. The size we're going for is about 1500-2000 people plus a team of 100 or so people working on the site over the weekend. We are very far from setting a date, however it will definitly be summer 2017 ideally in early to mid July (the land will also be required for a week or two around the weekend for set up and clear up- we will take the upmost care and leave everything as it was found). The fields required are as follows: one very large field for the main stage, capacity of 700-1000 standing with room at the edges for a backstage area, toilets, and food stands. One slightly smaller field for the second stage- ideally as far away as possible from the main stage to prevent sound issues between the two. A large field for camping, capacity for 500 tents and then a smaller hospitality camping area to fit 100-200 tents with area for toilets and showers in both and walkways, food stalls, first aid points etc. And a large area with road access for parking- estimating about 300 cars. These are the required areas, extras would be a forest area for a woodland stage and an arts area, a lake would be amazing for a small lakeside stage, and any smaller surrounding fields for acoustic stages and a dance tent etc. I must stress, we are in the very early stages of planning so there would be no commitment expected from either party, this is just to see a. What's out there and b. What is within our budget and the like.
