Dear Madam, Sir I am writing to enquire about renting field/fields from you from the 17th-23rd August for the purpose of holding a music festival. This festival would consist of three days of live music from both local and unsigned musicians across the country, with several days accounted for both setting up and cleaning up afterwards. Last year, SausageFest was held as a one-off event to celebrate all those moving on from being college students to university or work, and a chance to say goodbye to friends and our hometown. This was a great success due to both having the right contacts and a hardworking team of volunteers.
