Subject: ?? Looking for a Paddock with a View? Let’s Partner Up! ??? ?Hi there, ?Alan & Nicole here! We are launching an exciting new outdoor venture called Roaming Roots—a boutique, low-impact pop-up eco-campsite tour. ?We are currently searching for a scenic, well-drained 1–2 acre grass paddock to host our quiet setup for a 60-day block this season. ?What We Do. ?Zero Hassle & 100% Flexible Setup: We bring our own complete off-grid setup (temporary LPG hot showers, eco-toilets, and waste management). However, if your land already has access to mains water or an electrical hookup, we can easily work with that, too! ?Strictly Capped at 15 Pitches: We cater exclusively to peaceful couples, quiet families, and outdoor enthusiasts. No party groups, no loud music, and site quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM. ?24/7 On-Site Management: We reside on-site in our motorhome for the full 60 days, personally managing check-ins, site cleanliness, guest inquiries, and security around the clock. ?No Planning Permission Needed: We operate strictly under the UK’s 60-day Permitted Development allowance (Class B), meaning zero council paperwork or planning hassle for you. ?If you have a paddock, meadow, or farm corner available and would like to generate simple seasonal revenue, we’d love to pop by for a quick chat or phone call! ?Warmly, ?Alan & Nicole Roaming Roots Pop-Up Campsites Phone: 07444936336
