We are currently searching for a scenic, well-drained 1–2 acre grass paddock to host our quiet setup for a 60-day block this season. What We Do. Zero Hassle & 100% Flexible Setup: We bring our own complete off-grid setup (temporary LPG hot showers, eco-toilets, and waste management). However, if your land already has access to mains water or an electrical hookup, we can easily work with that, too! Strictly Capped at 15 Pitches: We cater exclusively to peaceful couples, quiet families, and outdoor enthusiasts. No party groups, no loud music, and site quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM. 24/7 On-Site Management: We reside on-site in our motorhome for the full 60 days, personally managing check-ins, site cleanliness, guest inquiries, and security around the clock. No Planning Permission Needed: We operate strictly under the UK’s 60-day Permitted Development allowance (Class B), meaning zero council paperwork or planning hassle for you.
