LAND WANTED – KINGSBRIDGE / SOUTH HAMS I am looking for land to rent on a long-term basis, ideally within approximately 20 minutes of Kingsbridge, Devon, for a small, family-friendly holiday accommodation project. The idea is to start small with a few caravans/static holiday units, creating comfortable, affordable accommodation for families and couples visiting the South Hams. I would like to develop the site gradually rather than taking on a large piece of land unnecessarily. What I’m looking for: * Approximately 1–2 acres of suitable land * Within around 20 minutes of Kingsbridge * Long-term rental/lease preferred * Good road access for cars and caravans * Relatively level, usable ground * Space for approximately 3–5 caravans initially, with the possibility of expanding in the future if appropriate * Space for parking * Potential for a small communal/family area * Access to, or the possibility of installing, suitable water, electricity and drainage * Ideally somewhere reasonably private and attractive, with a rural/coastal setting being a bonus I am not looking for a huge commercial caravan park. The intention is to create a small, well-maintained and family-friendly site that can start modestly and grow over time. I am happy to discuss planning requirements, permissions, insurance, utilities and any conditions the landowner would require. I would also be looking for a long-term arrangement that works well for both parties and would take pride in keeping the land tidy and properly maintained.
