About Us: We are a professional, four-partner agricultural venture seeking a long-term lease on a small plot of land to establish a high-welfare, small-scale organic egg production farm (flock of 1,200 hens). We are fully funded, have a solid business plan in place, and are looking for a reliable, mutually beneficial relationship with a local landowner or farmer. Our Specific Requirements: Land Type: Agricultural pasture, grazing land, or a redundant field corner. (Must have, or be suitable for, Agricultural Use). Water Supply: Access to mains water, a reliable borehole, or a secure hook-up is essential for bird welfare. Access & Parking: Good vehicular access from the main road for a standard car/4x4 and delivery vehicles, plus space for 1–2 parked vehicles on-site. Duration: Looking for a secure, long-term rental agreement (ideally a minimum 3 to 5-year farm tenancy or lease) to justify our infrastructure investment. Proposed Site Use: The land will support a free-range, organic egg-laying flock.
