Looking for a greenfield/farm site to host a small independent arts and electronic music festival, capacity 500. Ideally a bit of open land with access to private woodland. Good access for vehicles (production, sound, generators). We're looking for landowners open to a music/dance event specifically (not just weddings or corporate) happy to discuss noise management, licensing (TENS or premises licence), insurance, and a site visit before booking. Flexible on exact acreage but would guess 5–15 acres depending on layout. Open to sites with existing power/water infrastructure or a genuine blank canvas. I've been running a music festival for 5 years, so this would be an established event moving to a new site rather than a first-time booking.
