I am looking to rent a parcel of land on a longer-term basis to establish a permanent outdoor bar and social venue, centred around a converted horsebox bar. The vision is a relaxed, characterful outdoor space with permanent covered seating, firepits, and atmospheric lighting — welcoming guests for drinks, food, and events throughout the year. I plan to invite food vendors onto the site on a rotating basis, and host events including live music evenings, private hire, and celebrations. I am looking for land in either the PO8 area of Hampshire or the Cirencester/Cotswolds area of Gloucestershire. Ideally the plot would be at least 1–2 acres, have reasonable vehicle access, and be suitable for light infrastructure such as hardstanding, covered structures, and utility connections over time. I hold relevant hospitality experience and intend to obtain all necessary planning permissions, premises licensing, and consents prior to trading.
