I'm looking for a field/fields of essentially any size in which I could enjoy my favorite past time and passion, metal detecting for bits of history....or as I call it, reawakening history :) Now nearing retirement age, I've been detecting since my youth...and consider it my "dirt therapy"! Nothing better than a day outdoors finding bits of history, in my book. I've always been very respectful of the land, carefully removing "plugs" of soil so that they can be carefully replaced & be left just the way I found the land....or as the hiker and camper motto goes, "Leave No Trace"! All scrap/trash of course goes along with me, so it helps clean the land. Appreciate any leads and consideration!
