I’m currently in the early research and planning phase for launching Inwabi Cabins—an retreat brand for off-grid cabin accommodations made from upcycled shipping containers. As part of this process, I’m looking to connect with landowners or agents who may have suitable fields or rural plots available for lease, partnership, or future development. What I’m looking for: A quiet, private field or rural plot Enough space for one small, off-grid cabin (approx. 1 acre) Ideally no more than 2 hours’ drive from London Away from main roads and built-up areas Access for a small vehicle or 4x4 Planning permission not essential at this point but willingness to explore is appreciated Open to a lease, rental, or creative collaboration Would suit someone looking for a low-impact, respectful tenant or partner passionate about nature, wellness, and design.
