Hello everyone, My names George, and I am currently researching areas within the south east to set up a seasonal Airbnb camping experience. My partner and I are searching for a unique spot in the S.E. of England - preferably just over an hours drive from London - to set up a small Yurt , that will be listed seasonally to rent out to couples and small families interested in exploring the countryside. We are interested in subletting a small area of land that would not interrupt any business on site. The airbnb could however serve as additional accommodation to some events that may be held on site if applicable. The yurt itself, a custom build from Dorset, would have minimal impact to the site itself and does not require a large plot of land. It has light aggregate footings and the entire structure can be assembled/disassembled within a day.  We would manage the bookings, upkeep, and day to day management of the yurt.
