H all field lovers, Hope you are well and had a lovely summer season. I wanted to enquire in hire of your site next summer 2024, before your busy season hopefully! We would be looking for a weekend in the summer – A june Saturday would be preferable but we would be excited about a Sunday too! – where we could hire your site for a festival style celebration for 150 – 200 people. We would be looking to host: 1. Food vans 2. Stage/stretch canvas tent for dancing and singing! 3. Live music 4. Alcoholic Drinks (but not over drinking as we are both believers who wouldn’t want to promote severe drinking) 5. Eco friendly and sustainable décor and glasses/food serving platters We would need a duty manager, use of electricity and access to site perhaps the day before and the day of the celebration – we would make sure set down would be done on the day/the morning of the day after. The suggested timings would be 10am – 9.30pm, but we would hire till 11pm to make sure we had set everything down. If you have additional ideas of how this could work/how we could rethink it to make it work, we would be really interested to hear! Please could you quote us for this time and use of space and share with us what sort of availability you have for next summer?
