I work for a company called Paw Paddock and we offer exclusive, enclosed and secure dog walking facilities. What we look for is fairly simple, two to five acres of well accessed land close to a populace. The land itself can be of low value or a corner of any arable field. This area will be fenced with a traditional 6ft deer fence as well as a low-level weld mesh to ensure the dogs have no chance of escape. Shelter and pathways to be installed. We opened our first paddock in November 2018, since then we have opened an additional twelve sites across the Southeast. For all the below agreements, we will take over full management of the site; legal fees, building and maintenance, marketing, bookings and enquiries will all come through our platforms and under the Paw Paddock brand. Your roll is limited to a rent collection from Paw Paddock Ltd. We are open to any level of agreement, with a minimum term of 10 years. Straight rental, to well exceed normal farming rents – £1000 per acre per annum (this is negotiable.) Ideally within Surrey, Hampshire and East and West Sussex although please get in touch if you are outside this area as it would still be great to chat!
