We are manufacturers of Shepherd Huts and Glamping Pods and are after a field on a long term rental to form our own small secluded site. We would be looking at placing 5-8 units on the field. The field must be within a reasonable distance to water and the field owner open to installation of other services septic tank etc. Obviously all this would be subject to approval of planning application and appropriate licenses completed by us. Opportunity to also agree rental based on percentage of overall booking fees etc.
