OVERVIEW Surrey and Hampshire! We hope to combine 3 birthday events into one festival-style camping trip. We were hoping to play some music as we are a musical bunch, enjoy a barbecue, a game of rounders, and camp overnight. Guest numbers are not decided, but during the day time could reach 100 people. We wouldn’t expect as many people to camp, but would like to give people the option. IDEAL REQUIREMENTS Allowed to pitch our own tents on the field Allowed to bring a barbecue on the field Allowed to bring our own food and drink on site Allowed to bring alcohol on site Allowed to play music Live music during the daytime (we can bring a small PA system) Background music in the evening until late Toilet facilities If toilet facilities are unavailable we can make arrangements for portaloos Water tap on site (can bring bottled if unavailable) Bin facilities (can take rubbish with us if unavailable) Car parking or nearby parking recommendations Date / Time We are looking at either the 27th and 28th of August, or the 3rd and 4th September. We would prefer to have the site from the Saturday morning (for set up) and not have to leave until Sunday afternoon, to give us adequate time to pack up tents and make sure everything is cleaned up.
