We are looking for anything that might be suitable to use as a dog day care/boarders. We have money to invest in renovations (if needed). Ideal premises would be a minimum of 300sq ft or bigger, have an inside and outside area with utilities already in place. Location wise we will look at anywhere from Loughton (being the main area we would like) but spreading out towards Brentwood and Stratford and everywhere in between. Looking at rent ASAP. Ideally looking for a 5 year agreement.
