looking for open or woodland areas for setup and creation of an airsoft site. looking for the allowance of a log term lease with the approval to erect obstacles and structures for game play. noting permanent of course. camping allowed and overnight stays also allowed. we would have catering onsite and portable toilets so would require access for these services Noise levels we would create would be an onsite generator at 80dcb at 7mtrs would be running throughout the day. We also also imitation grenades that generate a bang which sounds like a firework. obviously screams and laughing of joy also :) back ground low level music also. so seeking somewhere that is not local to residential dwellings or far enough away to not cause irritation. hope someone can help :)
