Good evening I'm looking to book some outdoor space exclusively for a big birthday celebration and wondered if you could suggest which may be most suitable & also available on Saturday 23 July please. We're expecting around 60 people to come, and my guess would be 40 would then be camping. I'd ideally be looking at Bucks / Berks / Surrey / Hampshire / London, but would be willing to travel a little further if needed. The main criteria is also been reasonably close to a train station and nearby-ish 'non-camping' accommodation for around 10-15 people. I'd like to have enough space for outdoor games, a small 'stage area' for live music and have the possibility of fire pits if it's a cold evening. We would also need a backup space that we could use as a wet weather option, plus onsite toilets. We'd like to be able to bring an external catering supplier & drinks, although could be flexible if the venue had their own catering if it was suitable. We'd ideally like the option for people to bring their own drinks as well. We'll need somewhere where there are not neighbours nearby who might be annoyed, although we're not planning anything crazy we would like to be able to play music until around 1:30/2:00am.
