Description

We are looking for a handful of locations to hold open air picnic style or drive-in movie screenings. Events to be held on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evenings from June 1st to December 11th. Location should be within 20 minutes of a large town (Population greater than 20,0000) or city centre. Must have good transport links for say a family without a car to arrive at 5pm and leave by 11pm for picnic style cinemas For drive in location must be easy to find by GPS and of even terrain and good solid ground. There must be easy parking for a minimum of around 200 cars and easy walking distance to said field. Field must be cut and free of agricultural stock and its 'byproducts' Preference will be given to locations that meet the above criteria and have easy access to toilet facilities and power. If we like the location we would like to be able to book at least once a year on repeat. The locations should have a capacity that can comfortably hold a minimum of 500 individuals or 500 cars (For drive ins we will only use 60% of this space)
