We have had an enquiry from a client of ours to stage a mini-festival in August. The dates are the 25th and 26th August (two nights) with guests departing on the 27th August. Our client wants to create a tented area for accommodation with a central big top tent or marquees or similar to house a stage and seating. We would need to bring in catering vans, entertainment, garden games etc. The event is for approximately 300 guests. Would you be able to let me know please if your venue would be available for these three days? If yes, could you advise on a cost of hire please and any restrictions in terms of what can or cannot be used/brought in? We have to present our proposal back to our client on Wednesday of this week.
