I am currently looking for an outdoor space to host a private event / camping weekend. A little background…. I work as an Events Producer and during Covid, whilst on furlough, planned a safe camping weekend for 30 friends. It was so nice to all get together after such a tough summer and something we would like to do again this year (hopefully with a little more freedom!) Our Plans: - With recent government news, we are looking for availability for the live event 5th - 8th August 2021, with 1-2 days set up, and 1 day take down. We can also look at a 3 night live event if 4 is not possible / within our budget. - Increasing numbers from last year from 30 - Our ideal is max 65, but of course this depends on any Covid restrictions at the time and guest availability. - During the event we will be hosting workshops, yoga and mediation, as well as music (Acoustic and DJ set up). We will not be bringing in any external / additional people to host these - Luckily I have a talented group of friends! - Last year we set up 1 main / DJ tent, a chill out bell tent, a small dome space, along with fire pit, camper van for coffees, camping kitchen and tent / sleeping area. It’s likely this years will be similar but layout depends on the confirmed venue. We are also hoping to include more art installations this year. - We can be flexible on loud music times and are happy to move to silent disco headsets from 11pm / 12am if there are noise restrictions in place. We are extremely eco conscious and will always leave a site as we find it. Look forward to hearing from you :)
