Dear Team, We are looking for a venue to hire it for a Colour Festival. Our event celebrates life and culture with music and colour powder. The Music would be played by DJs, with Drinks and Food stalls available for refreshments throughout the day. Below are some additional details. Potential Dates: June 26th, June 27th, or July 3rd, July 4th Event Time: 12pm - 7pm (8 hours) Expected numbers: 1,000-1,500 attendees Please also give us a quote for the following if you provide this service. Venue Hire (hire the grounds / Land) Security DJ Equipment & sound system Generators 4 Food Stalls for our licensed vendors 4 Bar with fridges/coolers - (please provide a quote for both DRY hire & minimum spend) Our estimated required Toilets: 15 male, 25 female, with alcohol hand gel and running Water throughout the day.
