Looking for a field/land 3+ acres for my dog walking business. Rough and bumpy "interesting" land with trees preferred over a flat field. Access from the road essential as I will be driving in. Secure stock fencing ideal or happy for me to install. Mains water/stream would be great but not essential. Will be in use from early am until evening for small groups (no more than 4 dogs) and my own dogs to walk and train safely away from the public
