Hi I am looking looking at planning a family summer holiday camping weekend from a Friday afternoon to a Sunday afternoon, during the Summer Holidays. We are all professionals in our early to mid 40s, looking for some where to relax with our children, who are aged five upwards have a get together, a party, and some music. My wife is a teacher, so school holidays are best as most of our weekends in term time are filled and I work long hours as a Community Warden manager for Portsmouth City Council. We are in Portsmouth. My wife comes from Cardiff originally. We will be looking at having a get together with friends from Portsmouth and Cardiff We will require a water supply, ideally toilets, and ideally showers but not essential, as we can use solar showers if need be.If there is no electric I will have a couple of small silent generators. We also have chemical disposal toilets. if possible please advise if you be able to cater for us in this summer hols, There will be estimated seven families, of adults and children, estimated at 25 to 40 persons , with x1 caravan x4,small camper vans and x6 tents or awnings. and a small marque to socialise in I will confirm total numbers, names and addresses, with you at the booking Please can you advise on your policy about music Music times, fire pit, or raised fires, or no fires, BBQs, If rubbish from food, drink containers needs to be taken away by us at the end of the weekend, or if you have a collection point were it can be safely disposed of. Also if there is a disposal point for small portable camping chemical toilets, or if we need to take the waste away. If you could let us know costs and availability, that will be great.
