For growing my own produce keeping chickens perhaps a cow for my own milk (I make my own cheese) My allotment doesn't offer the space I need to rotate crops. It would be ideal if there were a barn workshop or outbuilding which is watertight, where I can make my wooden planters bird boxes etc., although not essential.
