Description

Hi, I run a charity board gaming event that has been traditionally held in Bognor Regis in the first weekend of August. However, our regular venue has managed to double book us, and we are desperate to find somewhere else. The event raises money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and the Sussex Snowdrop Trust. We are trying to find a venue that would be able take over 100 attendees camping in tents and caravans, with at least one electrical supply to the camping site. We also need a large covered area (like a hall, barn or marquee) to allow at least 50 4x3 foot tables with chairs, along with an admin area that needs power supply (generators if not main). We are happy to advertise any camping facilities you can offer to our attendees (like bell tents, yurts, etc) to help you with Costa, etc. We are looking to permanently move this annual event to a new location, with confirmation of at least the next 5 years being booked in.
