Hello, I am looking for a large flat field with a house (between 100 to 500 acres) where I can set up my business for an idea model remotes transport (such as buses, trams, trains and lorries) (include autonomous model bike, cars and vans) and create model cities with roads, railway and tramlines. The model cities could be similar to Hong Kong however mix with British designs to become of 50 to 90% realistic. The model cities could be come alive such have powers, lights and sounds. For example like an model village but convent to model cities. The model cities and transport scale is on-going and estimate possible 1:72 - 1:43. The timescales for this subject are mixes with from past to present to future. For my business, there could be a house where I and partner can sleep under roof, a small workshop where to build, repair and storage and there could be a small car park, mini shop and cafe. There could be one station where everyone will have a go to remotes driver cab controller with large monitors screens wireless from/to model transport (75% - 85% realistic) (future could be through internet online games). Each model transport have wireless dash cameras, remotes controls speed and power (not autonomous model bike, cars and vans). Model transport could be mini engines, mini hybrid and mini full electric powers. There are so much more in these model cities and will be such very adventure time! This is perfect idea for basic bus, tram, train and lorry drivers training before real drivers. As well, hobbies and visits from around the world. This is aim the first world model cities.
