Hi there, I'm looking to find a field in Spring/Summer 2020. Myself and a group of co-organisers are looking to organise an intimate music and arts festival with a capacity of between 100 and 150 guests. The guest-list would be closed; all friends or associates of the organisers. The festival would be a two-night event with the ability for guests to camp within the grounds. We would need to be able to install one or two medium sized marque tents for hosting of music/talks/performances. We would want a fire pit which guests can sit around and keep warm in the evening, as well as the ability to install porta-loos. We would need electricity for music and lights equipment. We are happy to hire some or all of these from the venue. We would favour late-night music, but would be willing to operate a silent disco past an agreed-upon time if that is absolutely necessary. Would this be something your venue would be able to accommodate? As I said, we are looking to hire in Spring/Summer 2020, but we'd very much like to establish a venue this year, such that we can make sure everything is organised well ahead of the event. looking forward to hearing from you, Mike Merritt
