Hi all I’m looking for a small piece of land I can use for my 7 yr old to ride ride his small quad and possibly some mountain biking obstacles . I realise this is a long shot as the word quad or motorcycle instantly puts people off, but we not talking big loud heavy bikes just need somewhere safe for him to learn without the huge expense of traveling to tracks. Nothing too big and I’m happy to clear anything too preferably in Hertford area but would consider wider area thanks
