Hi there I was wondering if you could assist us in our property search? We are after a parcel of land, woodland, Old Barn/grain storage or disused building located within the Derbyshire area. We are an Airsoft business looking for our next site. The rent has to be at a minimum or we normally work with the landlords to offer a percentage of our game days turn over in return for the use of the land. We are open to type of property, but we're restricted to Derbyshire and the property has to be a minimum of 3 acres (For land) or 5000sqft for buildings/barns. I look forward to hearing from you.
