I am looking for a friend for a new Business - an events company. This could include open air cinema, weddings, charity events, seasonal fetes and live music. I would be looking to rent the space initially short term but hopefully grow on to long term and keen to create a long term partnership. I am based just off the M25 / M1 near Watford and would be looking for this area or accessible to the M25. Very happy to discuss and answer any questions
