Good afternoon, I wonder if you are able to help me. I thought I would try contacting you first before contacting land owners directly as you might point me in the right direction. I work for an events agency and one of our clients is looking to hold a family event with a festival feel to it over 2 weekends in July 2019. The details are a little patchy at the moment but I do have is that the event will probably be for up to 10,000 people across 2 weekends which could be 5000 over a weekend or 2500 on either the sat or sunday. They want a festival feel so there will be live performances from a stage and they would also like to offer overnight camping to their staff. The area is fluid and could be anywhere from North London Birmingham area Preston LiverpoolStoke up to Scotland Glasgow or Edinburgh. I know this is sketchy but I have to scope out the feasibility.
