Description

Looking for a field/outdoor space to lease in order to set up a community interest project for children and young people struggling with mental health difficulties and accessing mainstream education. The project aims to work with animal care and therapeutic horticulture, giving young people a chance to learn new skills and be in the outdoors. In order to run this project I will need to live on site in my tiny home which works much like a glamping pod on wheels and is completely mobile. The field must have fencing or allow for fencing to be put up, also a fresh water supply. I plan to house chickens and 2 goats initially with a view to having a few more animals such as alpacas later on down the line if feasible. The project will be mainly focused on food growing. I will need to bring in temporary porta cabin for indoor space and tool space. Whoever may be interested in considering offering a space will be benefiting the community in a significant way and the project would be forever indebted to them.
