Description

As well as land for living use, as I describe in my other listing. I am looking for land to create a quite little smokers lounge for cigars and flavoured shisha tobacco. Tents for rainy days. Small area will be used for parking. Land will be kept clean on a daily bases. I have experience running and operating an indoor lounge in the United States. I have a home where I live in now in Northampton, England. Before signing any contract, I would like to do some research and any of those who contact me would be contributing to that research. Possibly gain a tenant through the process.
