I'm looking for a field of land, over 1+ acre. The sole purpose is for a small doggy day care/play area, which will be managed, noise controlled and handled appropriately with the surrounding area. Ideally I would like to purchase the land where possible, or alternatively discuss long term renting of the land. Ideally I would like this to be enclosed, but not essential as I can sort this out myself (with permission if renting) Ideally I would like there to be an outhouse or small structured building of some sort (large shed would do) but not essential as I could put something up myself (with permission from the owner if renting) The land would be maintained by myself and partner to a high standard, will remain untouched other than enclosed and small structure with permission, and the surrounding area will be untouched, not affected and remain as it was. The land will ideally be used every day, but with care, responsibility, manner and respect for the surrounding areas.
