Description

I am looking for about 10 acres plus of woodland The use would be to set up and run a small airsoft site and club within the area for sports and recreation purposes. I would be looking to initially run a game on one Sunday per month and possibly up to two Sundays every other weekend during the summer months. the game days would run from 08:30hrs, games starting no earlier than 09:30hrs and with the site being closed by 16:00hrs or once the site has been cleaned up, we would be catering for about 40 players from the local community and possibly further once established. The games would be marshalled by myself and a small team of experienced airsoft marshall's, all of us being ex military. I would ensure that a site specific risk assessment had been carried out and appropriate signage is displayed. a copy of our insurance and public liability can also be provided. The site would also be regularly maintained and kept clean and tidy from any rubbish produced by us. we would not always use the whole area on game days, please also note i would ensure all our players are kept away from any boundaries and restricted areas. I would be happy to pay monthly rent. If you could help with this matter I would be most grateful.
