Description

I am looking for 1-2 secure fields/woodland areas around for the Cheshire area for the purpose of renting out to dog walkers on an individual, hourly basis, if there is a water supply and/or any out buildings then even better. In return I will ensure the land and fencing remain in excellent condition, as well as pay a monthly ongoing rental, or agree a percentage of monthly takings with the owner.
