Hi, I am an events organiser and am looking to find a field in which to erect a marquee in for a client's wedding on the Bank Holiday weekend - Saturday, 26th OR Sunday, 27th May. (Obviously set-up days will be required and de-rig the day after). My client has been let down already by 4 venues hence the reason for the short notice. They are ideally wanting a nice relaxed country wedding. They have a band, catering (hog roast style) and bar booked. They would be inviting around 100 guests. Ideally they would love a field in which they can erect a tipi tent which has toilet facilities, water and electricity mains. However, we all know that these will need to be brought on site!! They are getting married in the church at Silvington near Kidderminster. Therefore they would love to find a field that is within easy driving distance - I would say maximum 30 minutes drive away.
