I am looking for a field, meadow or woodland in which to place a luxury shepherds hut/tiny home, with a view to private stays and holiday rentals. Preferably in quiet, natural surroundings, secluded or with good views. Mains water would be great, as would an existing structure suitable for storage. Between Brighton and London preferred.
