Hi there! My name’s Anna and this summer, along with my very best friend in the world Rosie, I’m celebrating a big birthday. Rosie will also be having a homecoming from her new life in Tokyo so it will be somewhat of a double whammy on that front. Unfortunately, the world and his dog seem attached to bars, loud music and drinking poorly mixed drinks out of plastic tumblers before eating a kebab and falling into bed. I, however, grew up in a village with only some trees and an old pup called Tess for company and Rosie’s favourite activity is drinking gin and knitting - which she has mastered, to her credit. Those hat we are fortunate enough to count among our friends are little different - they spend their time running/cycling/hiking/climbing and more recently having babies. We have an annual trip to Wales but given the number of people in attendance this year we will need to find some new digs! We are hoping to find a place to pitch some tents and maybe a gazebo to gather under for a couple of nights this summer. If it has fire pits, that would be fab, and if room for an impeccably well behaved Australian Shepherd called Archer, well, then we can ask for nothing more! Ideally we are looking for between 20-30 tents and within a couple of hours of Hertfordshire/St Albans. If you think you could be the field we are looking for, get your blades on and drop me a line!
