I am a hard working 24 year old who is looking at building a home in which to live without having to take out a lifetime mortgage. I am looking into container homes or flat pack builds possibly self sustaining. I would not need much room (2 cars and just space for the containers really) and would happily pay rent, or look into leasing or even buying a portion of land (if available). Preferable looking at land near maidstone (Kent) but all areas (south east London) considered. please let me know if you have anything or know of anyone that may be able to help me out. I work Monday to Friday and am also away with work quite a lot so wont even be there much! just need to get my own space to call home. Thanks Tom
