I'm looking for a field, preferably with a shed/barn for the dog part of our pet services businesses. We would use daily for dog creching and exercise. Seeking anything (preferably) between half an acre to 3 acres for long term rental. I would be very happy to consider a wide variety of potential scenarios - from woodland and farm land through to a large'ish area of land attached to a house (no access to house required) if the owner is happy to let us have daytime use only. A great income opportunity for someone who is not there during the day and/or spends a lot of time away. For a house/garden scenario, the land would be left clear of waste matter and all else at the end of the day. A fenced location would be ideal, and the closer to Cranleigh the better! I have put a 10 mile radius, but would be happy to consider a little further for the right location.
