Looking for a field for our wedding. We are planning to do it festival style so we will need the venue for a couple of days prior for setup and the day after for breakdown (around 4 days in total). Ideally in the West Midlands area with road access and hotels close enough for people to get taxis but not so close to towns that noise pollution issues would be a problem. Plan so far is to have room and permission to put up a big top tent with a stage in for live music, as well as a couple of smaller structures for various uses. Parking for around 100 guests, space for guests to camp (although im assuming not all guests will be camping), room for trailer unit/portaloo toilets (unless facilities are available), Power and water access is desirable but we can hire generators etc and room for a few food vendors. As i am in the early stages of planning i havent got everything covered yet and need to get rough costings together so if you believe you have a field suitable where we would have permission to hold this sort of event then please feel free to contact me. Rough quotations would be a BIG help too. Dates we are aiming for are around the end of May 2019.
