Hi, I am wondering if you can help! We hold a small festival with friends (max 120 people) it's non profit and just a weekend we all get together. We have sound, dj, marquee, bouncy castle etc. We don't sell alcohol on the premises and on the Sunday we have food coming. We have been planning it all year and literally yesterday our land (Annie's farm in ackleton) had to cancel on us as they had a problem with one of there events. This is causing us great stress as you can imagine as our event is next Saturday we can't cancel on everything we have friends coming from all areas even Canada! we need the land from Saturday 5th August to the Monday (we close down Sunday night) but we pack up go home Monday. We of course clean the land and we will look after it we are very respectful. Our ideal area is the midlands, we were near Wolverhampton before but at this late stage we will have to take anywhere. Our guests are from up north and London so midlands is ideal. I no this is a long shot but please if you could help in anyway or know anyone willing to help us we would be eternally grateful.
