I'm potentially looking at creating a remote aircraft / quadcopter club and need a large open space to host this. We are not fussy about the land itself, just needs to have a big open area and car access but the land doesn't have to be very flat, ideally have a few massive trees dotted around and it could be set up so the field is only used on certain days as do a lot of other clubs. We are going to be a new club so would be looking at offering a fixed amount of money from each membership. As the club grows, so would the rent.
